Terms and Condition
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the documents/parcels/packages and may be charged for special packaging upon request.
The customer must provide accurate product information to the consumer and is not the responsibility of the provider to ensure the accuracy of this information.
The customer must declare that the item is legal and can be transported according to government law, and the provider is not responsible for inspecting or opening the package.
The customer must upload consignment information to the provider's dashboard and will be provided training on how to use it. The provider will also assign a key contact person for assistance with the bulk upload, pick up, and portal use.
The customer must also declare the description and value of the item, which will be taken into consideration in the event of theft or damage.
The customer must provide the documents/parcels/packages to the pick up personnel at the agreed upon time.
The provider will perform the service within the stated timeframe, but any delays due to external factors will be communicated as soon as possible and will not incur penalties.
Items that are undelivered due to cancellation, rejection, or change of mind by the receiver will be returned according to the provider's policies, and the customer will be responsible for paying any applicable charges.
If a complaint is made about damaged goods, counterfeit items, or items with incorrect descriptions, the customer is responsible for replacing or refunding the item and paying any applicable delivery charges.
If items are not delivered after multiple attempts, the customer may choose to have them returned or redirected within the same branch. If the customer wishes to redirect the items to a nearby location, they may contact the branch manager, who will have the final decision on delivery.
Hold requests must be made through the provider's dashboard, not over the phone.
Consignments will not be opened unless the customer gives advance notice and description on the label.
Delivery rates may be adjusted if fuel surcharges exceed 5% of the current rate at the time of contract signing, and the revised rate will be agreed upon by both parties.
The customer must provide the following documents as part of the agreement process: copy of citizenship (original citizenship must be verified), two passport-sized photos taken within the past 6 months, and PAN registration.
